Terms & Conditions: Please read the following information carefully before making a booking
If you would like to make a booking with us, please fill out the online booking form. We will respond to you via email or a chat. Once your place has been confirmed, 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining balance of your retreat, is to be paid another 25%, 90 days before the retreat and the final 50% no later than 60 days prior to your travel date.
Please note that flights and insurance are not included in the pricing and you are responsible for arranging these. We will however advise you which flights to book and the best time to do so. Please do not book your own flights until you have spoken to us.
It is your responsibility to read and understand our terms and conditions and cancellation policy before making a reservation. Upon booking your Retreat you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled Retreat, including postponing or rescheduling. Cancellation includes being unable to attend the retreat due to travel restrictions or an act of god.
“You” refers to the guest booking a Retreat.
“We” refers to Lis Cashin Retreats.
Retreat refers to “The Coming Home to Your Heart Retreat”
TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE
Naturally, no-one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation.
Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance may pay for some or all cancellation fees.
With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.
To join the retreat you must have valid travel (health) insurance. Proof of your valid travel/health insurance is needed before joining the retreat. Please be sure that your insurance policy covers you for all relevant activities you will be engaging in on your retreat & trip cancellation.
We do NOT accept any liability for: Cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems to transport, staff cancellations or other events beyond our control, participants’ medical or psychiatric conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the holiday, loss of, or damage to, personal property of participants.
You will be asked to complete a registration form prior to coming on our Retreats. Please read the information below carefully:
Non-disclosure of relevant health information, whether physical or psychiatric, can invalidate your travel insurance and cancel our contractual obligation to you. You should in any case inform us of any health issues prior to booking.
In order to avoid injury, we ask that you agree to follow all instructions given to you by your facilitators during the Retreat It being understood that any deviation by you from such instructions shall be at your own risk.
We cannot be held responsible for any injuries suffered, caused in whole or in part by failure to faithfully follow instructions.
Our retreats are not suitable if you cannot take responsibility for yourself either physically or emotionally.
By signing the registration form you confirm that you are medically and physically and in all respects fit and able to participate in this retreat
- You must have active and valid travel insurance.
- You must meet the country’s entry requirements at the time of travel.
- You must have a valid passport and be fit mentally and physically to travel abroad.
- You must be 18+ Years of age.
GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY
Please read the specifics of our cancellation policy.
Your initial deposit of 25% is non-refundable and, unless in extreme circumstances, cannot be offered as a credit towards future retreats.
For the remainder of your payment, we do not offer refunds for any reason, we can only offer credits to future Retreat events if your reason for needing to postpone is valid. Valid reasons include sickness (certificate from a doctor is required) or a death in the family. Please be sure you are ready to commit before booking your retreat.
If you cancel more than 60 days before your retreat start date, 100% of your payment at cancellation time may be applied to another Lis Cashin Retreat within one year of the retreat date.
If you cancel your retreat 48 hours before the retreat start date, due to being Covid-19 positive, then you must send your test to us with a Doctor’s certificate, who we can contact directly, to make your full payment transferrable to another retreat within one year of the date you booked.
Cancellations within 60 Days of the retreat date will count as forfeiture of the retreat fee, unless your reason is valid as stated above.
As a small independent company, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.
We do not offer credit or refunds for a guest arriving late or leaving early for any reason.
You understand upon booking that the retreat hosts may change due to sickness or other personal issues. In the very unlikely event this was to happen, no refunds or returns are possible.
All prices on this website are based on the current exchange rates and are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, we reserve the right to increase the price of your Retreat prior to your travel, but not after you have paid the full amount. Of course if this was to happen we would inform you in advance.
LIS CASHIN RETREATS CANCELLATION POLICY.
We never want to cancel a retreat. However, sometimes acts of God do happen. If Lis Cashin Retreats needs to cancel this retreat for any reason, your full retreat payment will be transferred to the next possible retreat. No refunds or resales are possible and a full credit of what you have paid will be applied for any next Lis Cashin Retreat.
Lis Cashin Retreats is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
Before you book your retreat, we ask that you read and understand these terms and conditions. By completing the booking registration form, you will be indicating that you understand the terms and conditions of the booking.
There is no contract between Lis Cashin Retreats and the client until full payment has been made. Full payment of the balance is to be made no later than 60 days before departure.
If for any reason the retreat facilitator becomes unavailable we will do our best to find a replacement with the same standard of qualifications. Wherever possible you will be advised in advance of any alterations. Our destination may be altered or amended due to maintenance work, mechanical faults, weather conditions, sickness or other situations outside our control. In this unlikely situation we would endeavour to find an alternative facility.
