Breakthrough sessions

Personal Breakthrough Sessions are a powerful way to achieve significant changes in your life.

Drawing on the tools and techniques of Life Coaching and Executive Coaching, the study of excellence in communication and development of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Time-Based Techniques and the accelerated personal change possible with these techniques, you can achieve massive breakthroughs in any area of your life.

By taking full responsibility for your own actions, and therefore full responsibility for your own progress and results, you will be able to make real, noticeable changes right away. I simply act as a facilitator to allow you to make change happen yourself, and you make the change at your own pace. These intensive sessions will focus on what you want, and how you want to be different, but instead of doing this over a period of weeks you can do this in just one day (following initial assessement)

In short, the answer is whatever you want to achieve! Personal Breakthrough sessions are great for helping people who are successful in many areas of their lives, careers or relationships, to become equally successful in areas that they have not yet reached the level that they want to. Breakthrough Sessions can also lift a temporary dip in performance.

Breakthrough Sessions can also enable significant performance improvements in your business.

Breakthrough sessions are great for people who find themselves with issues or problems that they have been unable to resolve themselves, possibly due to beliefs that hold them back. This can include, but is not limited to self-confidence, self-esteem, relationship issues, anxiety, unresolved guilt, money worries, procrastination, redundancy, anger, sadness, health issues and other negative emotions or limiting beliefs.

How does it work?

A Breakthrough session is a one day intensive therapy and coaching session. You will begin work before the session when you are given tasking to complete prior to the Breakthrough session. Following your Breakthrough you will be given further tasking to ensure that you embody the changes you will have made.
